Carmen, Shishito, Cupid, Iko Iko, and of course Jalapeno (which I talked about last week.) In this photo we have Carmens and Iko Iko peppers, both of which fall under the sweet category. We also harvested 27 pounds of Cupids, also sweet, and just the cutest little things. On Tuesday I harvested 40 pounds of Shishito which are a mild frying pepper. Another reason that I like peppers is that they have such diversity in flavor and appearance. If you are a pepper lover, like I am, then this is a very exciting time of year.
