Cookies for Good

Cookies for Good began in 2008, when Cabot Creamery, on behalf of their farmer-owners, approached the Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS) with an idea: create a way to generate year round support for homelessness prevention in Vermont.

That idea became Cookies for Good, with Sugarsnap joining as the baking partner. Together, the program created a delicious way for cookie lovers to give back and support COTS and their important work in our community.

Over the years, Cookies for Good has evolved, but its original mission remains the same. Today, Sugarsnap proudly continues the program, with 10% of every Cookies for Good purchase supporting COTS.

Whether you need a dozen cookies or 100 dozen, we can help make your next event or gathering a little sweeter, while making a difference for Vermonters in need.

Cookies for Good orders are available for pickup at our headquarters in South Burlington, or we can deliver them to you.

  All of your cookies are made with Cabot Butter and King Arthur Flour. Our flavors change seasonally but a few favorites include chocolate chip, lemon poppy seed, oatmeal, ginger, coconut cardamom, and peanut butter.
