Three Nourishing Acres at the Intervale

On Sugarsnap Farm, we grow a wide variety of herbs and vegetables on our three acres in on the Intervale.

We focus on growing the tastiest varieties that we can find, with special attention on culinary herbs and heirloom tomatoes, but we grow many other crops too. In addition, Sugarsnap purchases many staple crops from other Intervale farms, including Arethusa Collective Farm and Digger's Mirth Collective Farm. And we're working with the Intervale's Food Hub to expand our purchases from area farms and processors.

Over the last several years, after adding the third acre to our farm, we began raising chickens and pigs.

Looking forward, we have grand plans for our little slice of the Intervale, and we hope you will be an active part of those plans, either through our food or on-farm experiences.
