Greetings from Tech Park!

Hi all, my name is Gabrielle and I am your friendly Sugarsnap counter gal. You may have seen me pressing paninis, scooping salads or ringing the register here at our Technology Park location.

Customers have remarked to me that I am always so “chipper” or “in a good mood”. This is because food is my passion and nothing puts a smile on my face more than good quality local food. I am very lucky to be part of such a great team at Sugarsnap and coming to work every day is a treat.

I have a background in Whole Foods Nutrition and Cooking and am a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute. For years I spent my days in professional kitchens whipping up original creations. Now, I have taken a break from cooking and am focusing on my second passion in life, customer service. I truly enjoy helping people find out what they want to eat. My favorite is picking out something new for a customer and hearing their feedback. Hearing people say things like yum, delicious and tasty are all music to my ears. As a chef (even if I haven’t cooked it) there is nothing more satisfying than to know you have fed someone a tasty morsel that has rocked their taste buds. I always know that whatever I serve people here at Sugarsnap will get these desired reactions.
