Our unique experience from farm to kitchen to table, has given us many insights and ideas on how to grow our business while simultaneously supporting our mission. We've also built up a great network of regional farm and food producer partners to ensure we're always serving the freshest, healthiest and most delicious food.
Today, Sugarsnap is powered by our commissary kitchen feeding multiple channels, e.g., retail stores, catering, etc. Our regional "hub-and-spoke" structure is at the core of our Burlington-based expansion.
Our original store is located at 505 Riverside Avenue in Burlington at the entrance to the Intervale. In July 2010, we opened our new commissary kitchen and second retail store at Technology Park (30 Community Drive, West Entrance) in South Burlington, where we share space with Ben & Jerry's, Symquest, Fletcher Allen and more great Vermont businesses. Our third store at ECHO on Lake Champlain (currently a kiosk within ECHO) will reopen in spring 2012.
